Terms of Service for ALF Supply

These terms explain website use and the general basis for discussing sourcing work with ALF Co., Ltd.

General agreement

Website terms do not replace a project scope

These terms apply to alfsupply.com, operated by ALF Co., Ltd., and to initial communications about our China sourcing services. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security or content.

A website enquiry does not by itself create an agency, purchasing, inspection or logistics agreement. Specific work begins only after the parties confirm the relevant scope, fees, timing and responsibilities in writing.

If an accepted project document conflicts with these general terms, the more specific accepted provision should apply to that project.

Accurate buyer information

Provide accurate company, product, quantity, destination, timing and compliance information. You must have the right to share submitted drawings, images, trademarks, supplier records and files. Tell us when a document changes or is confidential.

Service scope and cooperation

ALF Supply performs only the activities identified in the accepted scope. You should provide decisions, approvals, access and reference files within the required time. Delayed responses, inaccessible goods, supplier restrictions or incomplete information may affect timing and results.

Fees, expenses and payment

Fees, deposits, expenses, currencies, taxes and payment stages should be stated in the quotation or agreement. Product costs, testing, travel, inspection, freight, customs and third-party charges are separate unless included. Independently confirm changed bank instructions.

Changes, pauses and cancellation

A revised product, supplier, location, quantity, inspection date or test method may change the work and fee. We may pause work when required inputs, access or payment are missing, or when instructions create legal, safety or integrity concerns. Completed work and committed third-party costs may remain payable.

Suppliers and other third parties

Factories, traders, laboratories, inspectors, forwarders, carriers, banks and authorities are independent unless agreed otherwise. ALF Supply may coordinate with them but cannot guarantee their statements, performance, solvency, schedules or decisions.

Approvals and commercial risk

The buyer decides whether to select a supplier, approve a sample, place or change an order, make payment, accept a deviation, release goods or use a shipment. Verification, audits and sampled inspections reduce defined uncertainty but do not prove every fact or guarantee every unit or outcome.

Content and project files

Intellectual property and permitted use

ALF Supply owns or licenses the website design, text, graphics and brand materials. You may view and share ordinary page links for legitimate business reference, but may not copy substantial content, misrepresent it, remove notices or use our brand as an endorsement without permission.

Ownership and permitted use of buyer drawings, supplier files, reports, photographs, samples, molds and custom deliverables should follow the relevant project agreement and third-party rights.

Website availability

Information and access may change

We may correct, update, suspend or remove website content and functions. General guides are informational and may not reflect a specific contract, destination rule or current supplier situation. External links are not controlled by ALF Supply.

Questions and disagreements

Raise project issues promptly and in writing

Send the project reference, event, requested correction and documents to sale@alfsupply.com. The parties should first clarify facts, responsibilities and available remedies through direct communication.

Governing law, venue, dispute procedure, liability limits and other binding provisions should be confirmed in the applicable agreement and reviewed by legal advisers where necessary. These website terms are not legal advice.
