General Use

This website is operated by ALF Co., Ltd. under the website name ALF Supply.

By requesting sourcing support, the buyer agrees to provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge, including product requirements, quantities, destination market, supplier records, inspection concerns and deadlines. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect supplier search, quotation comparison, sample control, production follow-up, inspection planning and shipment coordination.

Service scope
The specific scope should be agreed before work begins, such as supplier search, verification, sample management, follow-up, inspection or shipment coordination.
Buyer approvals
The buyer remains responsible for approving supplier selection, product specification, sample version, payment terms, order release and shipment decisions.
Supplier information
Supplier records, documents, photos and statements may be incomplete, outdated or limited to what is visible or provided at the time.
Third parties
Suppliers, inspection partners, laboratories, forwarders, customs brokers and other providers remain responsible for their own work.

ALF Supply does not guarantee the cheapest supplier, perfect quality, full legal compliance, risk-free production, exact delivery dates, customs clearance, market acceptance or long-term product performance. Our role is to help organize information, ask practical questions, compare visible details and support buyer decisions within the agreed scope.

For regulated products, product safety, engineering design, chemical requirements, food contact, medical claims, intellectual property, tax, import law or other legal questions, the buyer should obtain advice from qualified professionals.

Buyer responsibilities include
