Order confirmed
Approved model, quantity, accessories, packing and target dates are placed in one reference.
Record: order baseline

Milestone records between sample approval and final inspection
We connect supplier updates to the approved product, planned milestones and open issues instead of sending repeated requests for a percentage complete.

Between approval and inspection
Production follow-up in China connects each supplier update to the approved sample, order specification and delivery plan. We request evidence when materials arrive, production starts, assembly moves forward or packing begins. Dates, photographs and supplier replies show what has changed and what still needs an answer. They can reveal a delay before the final inspection date. Finished quantity and batch quality still need their own inspection evidence.
Milestone board
Approved model, quantity, accessories, packing and target dates are placed in one reference.
Record: order baseline
Relevant materials or components are identified where early confirmation matters.
Record: material evidence
Current work is connected to the buyer’s product rather than a generic workshop image.
Record: dated update
Requested checks, labels, cartons and packing details are reviewed before completion.
Record: open issue list
Production follow-up report
We agree on the reporting points and timing before follow-up begins. Each update stays connected to the order reference and current milestone.
The stage reached, the date of the update and the evidence received.
Materials or components reported as ready, late, changed or still unconfirmed.
Dated images tied to the buyer’s product, process or packing requirement.
Supplier-stated counts for work in progress, completed units and packed goods. Inspection is needed to verify finished quantity.
What changed, why it changed, what is affected and whether the buyer approved it.
Dates that are late or at risk, together with the supplier’s explanation.
Missing evidence, the person expected to respond and the next follow-up date.

Change control
A material substitution, different component, revised logo position or packing change may affect price, compliance, function or buyer acceptance. We place the proposed change beside the approved reference and request the reason, affected quantity and available evidence.
Inspection readiness
Before booking inspection, confirm expected completion, quantity, packing status, inspection address and the approved reference. For electrical products this may include model and rating details. Eyewear needs color and lens references. Machinery requires agreed trial conditions. Smart locks need door, mortise and accessory information.
If production is incomplete, the buyer can decide whether to postpone, inspect a defined available quantity or request more evidence. The inspection scope should not be changed silently to fit the supplier’s status.

Clear boundary
Supplier updates describe the evidence available at that moment. ALF Supply does not guarantee production output, delivery dates or shipment quality. The buyer reviews material changes and commercial decisions. Finished goods should be checked through an agreed quality inspection before release where the order risk justifies it.
Production follow-up becomes useful when each update answers a specific question: has production started, which quantity is complete, what changed, and what evidence shows it? A dated photo without context is weak evidence. A short update tied to a purchase order, production stage and remaining quantity is easier to compare over time.
Follow-up improves visibility but does not replace an independent inspection or create a delivery guarantee.
