The trouble usually appears later. The material is not written clearly. The sample uses one accessory, while the bulk order may use another. The factory says it can customize, but nobody has confirmed tooling, packaging, testing or lead time.

Some buyers need a supplier from zero. Others already have options but cannot compare them properly. A few contact us only after samples or production start to drift from the agreed specification. Product Sourcing
We search for suppliers based on the buyer's product photo, specification, drawing, sample, target quantity and market requirement. Early screening looks at product match, factory focus, MOQ, communication quality and whether the supplier understands the requested customization.
02Supplier Verification
We check business registration, claimed product range, factory or trading company signs, address information, certificate relevance, export experience and basic risk points. Verification does not prove a supplier is risk-free, but it helps avoid blind trust.
03Factory Audit
We review factory profile, equipment, production capacity, raw material control, assembly area, testing equipment, warehouse, packaging area and export preparation. This is a practical supplier visit, not a formal management system certification audit.
04Sample Management
We collect samples from different suppliers, record appearance and dimensions, manage changes, consolidate courier shipments and help the buyer mark the accepted sample version before production starts.
05Production Follow-up
We follow order confirmation, material preparation, production start, mid-production updates, packing confirmation, final inspection timing and shipment release. The aim is to catch missing information before the last week.
06Quality Inspection
We arrange visible checks, quantity checks, functional checks where practical, packaging review, label and carton mark review, and photo or video reporting. Inspection scope depends on product type and agreed sampling method.
07Shipping Coordination
We coordinate with the buyer's appointed freight forwarder, follow packing list details, support consolidation, check export packing records and help organize shipment documents. We are not a freight forwarder and do not replace the forwarder's transport responsibility.

The work is organized around records, not promises
A sourcing project can fail even when every person sounds confident. The supplier may assume a different packing method. The buyer may approve a sample but forget to mention market labeling. A factory may say “no problem” before checking the engineering file. We keep project records so these small gaps are visible.
- Requirement review. We list missing details and separate must-have requirements from preferences.
- Supplier screening. We compare factory focus, product match, communication quality, MOQ, lead time and visible risk points.
- Quotation reading. We check material, accessories, packing, tooling, testing, spare parts, payment terms and sample costs.

We discuss fees before work starts. A short supplier check is different from sample collection across several factories, a factory visit, or weekly production follow-up. The buyer should know what is included, what is outside the service, and which third-party costs may be paid separately.

What We Do Not Promise
Clear limits protect the buyer as much as they protect us
A low quote can still hide a weak carton, a changed accessory or a model that was never tested for the buyer’s market. A supplier visit can show the workshop on that day; it cannot prove every future shipment will run smoothly. A final inspection can catch visible problems, but it will not see every part inside a sealed product.
So we write down the parts that deserve attention. If a certificate belongs to another model, it goes into the notes. If the workshop does not look close to the claimed capacity, we flag it. If a check needs a lab, engineer or freight forwarder, we do not pretend a sourcing visit can replace that work.

FAQ
Questions buyers ask about sourcing support
Can you find suppliers from only a product photo?
Sometimes, yes. A photo may be enough for a first search, but serious quotation work usually needs size, material, target quantity, market, packing requirement and any logo or certificate needs.
Can verification prove a supplier is completely safe?
No. Verification can check visible and document-based information, but it cannot remove every risk. It helps the buyer avoid blind trust and decide which claims need deeper checking.
Do you work with all product categories?
No. We focus on selected categories where we have stronger supplier familiarity, including faucets, smart locks, packaging machinery, eyewear, selected electrical products, playground equipment and buttons.
Can you take over negotiation with suppliers?
We can help compare quotations and communicate questions, but final commercial decisions belong to the buyer. Price, payment terms, tooling cost and order commitment should be approved by the buyer.
Can you inspect every unit before shipment?
Most inspections use an agreed sampling method, not a full check of every unit. If the buyer needs 100% inspection, that must be discussed separately because time, cost and feasibility change.
What should I send before requesting sourcing support?
