Website descriptions explain common activities, not the exact obligations for every project. The written quotation, service agreement, inspection brief or other accepted scope should identify the work, timing, deliverables, exclusions and fees for a specific assignment. If those documents conflict with a general website description, the agreed project document should control.

Suppliers, laboratories, inspectors, freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers and public databases may provide information used during a project. ALF Supply may coordinate or summarize that information but does not control every third party or database.
A report should state its date, scope, sources and important limitations. Missing, restricted, translated, outdated or inaccurate information can affect the conclusion. Photographs and examples document selected observations; they do not prove the condition of everything not shown.
Unexpected company names, bank-account changes, substituted materials, inaccessible goods, incomplete production or revised shipping instructions should be clarified before the next commitment.
