China Sourcing Service Disclaimer for Overseas Buyers
Our work is to make sourcing decisions clearer, not to remove every commercial, technical, legal, quality or logistics risk. This disclaimer explains what our services can support and what remains outside our responsibility.

Service Limits
Sourcing support reduces avoidable confusion, but it does not guarantee a perfect order
China sourcing still depends on supplier capability, buyer decisions, product complexity, payment terms, inspection scope, production timing, third-party test results, logistics and market requirements. We do not promise the cheapest supplier, perfect quality, risk-free delivery or guaranteed compliance.
Can check registration, address, product scope and supplier-provided records. It does not prove production capacity, financial health or future performance.
Can record visible equipment, workflow and workshop condition. It is not the same as a formal ISO, safety or social compliance audit.
Can track sample versions, visible differences and buyer comments. It does not prove bulk production will be identical without further control.
Can reduce risk within the agreed scope. It cannot check every hidden component in every unit or replace laboratory testing.
Can organize supplier-side packing and handover information. It does not replace the freight forwarder, customs broker, insurer or carrier.
Buyer Responsibility
The buyer still owns the final commercial decision
We can compare information, raise questions, report findings and help organize supplier communication. The buyer still decides whether to approve a supplier, pay a deposit, accept a sample, authorize production, release shipment, request rework or use a specialist review.
If the product involves regulated safety, chemicals, food contact, medical use, electrical certification, structural safety or legal compliance, the buyer should seek appropriate professional advice before import or sale.
Do not treat sourcing support as
- A product safety certification
- A legal compliance opinion
- A full engineering review
- An insurance policy against supplier failure
- A guarantee of shipping dates or customs clearance
